That is increasingly obvious to many long investors. Not everyone is convinced however, believing, hoping, praying lacc technology will produce large contracts. Come on, acii's been touting their lacc patent since the ipo over five years ago, and still nada contracts. Do your own research, the lacc patent reportedly will expire in one year. My unsolicited advise is to salvage what you got left and chaulk it up to "contributory negligence" being that acii's continuous claims and promises over all these years could be interpreted as fraudulent. The above is Just my personal honest opinion, From a former trusting long.
