JDSU Provides IPTV Test Solution to Global Carrier biz.yahoo.com recent price action and how they react to news tells me it now is the time to be long JDSU or CIEN again for a new up cycle..perhaps wishful thinking or a deadcat bounce remains to be seen but i can't help but wonder all the new applications,market opportunities, upgrades and pent up demand in a booming worldwide need for speed now that JDSU will be one of the few still standing able capitalize on this after what amounted to a eight year depression
