There are two issues. One is the serious breach of privacy. The other is appointing incompetents to high position. I grant you the guy was incompetent. But, you can't equate that position with the ones I was talking about. Sure. He was incompetent but just didn't hold a "high position" - just high enough to get nearly a thousand FBI files on folks like James Baker.
