**this link may be helpful for demonstration of naked shorting - businessjive.com i've been finding many people who do not really understand this concept while trading in the pink sheets and OTC BB - very important to know! i'd recommend just letting the slides play through even if you know the basics, but slides 11-15 really lay out naked shorting and 16-17 will help with the economics that many people don't understand... supply curve shifting and dilution-style action.
