Yes, that's true, it doesn't cover J walking... but while you're having your laugh, it certainly covers money laundering, especially when it aids a criminal operation in gaining additional profit... it covers abusing the legal system by protecting a criminal operation, mind you this guy prosecuted two other prostitution rings during his tenure as prosecutor, but he conspired and collaborated to protect this illegal operation from prosecution... what would you call that? He spent more than $82,000.00 in payments and hush money over the past ten years to keep the whores quiet, and so on... this guy is facing a handful of federal crimes each one clearly under the RICO Act guidelines of 1970...
This guy was as arrogant as one could get, he made many enemies over the years with his pompous and overbearing haughtiness... now that he's been tagged, I will not be surprised to see people coming forward to talk about the threats he made to them... just wait and see as this story unfolds... this guy is in more deep doodoo that you can imagine, but I doubt he'll say anything himself, other will come forward and tell the story... when you're in deep doodoo up to your eyebrows, it's best not to open your mouth...<g>
