<< Visio is a lay man's AutoCad, as well as having a bunch of "Quality" applications.>> The "lay man's AutoCad" is the key here. As more and more companies are required to go ISO 9000, it is Visio that best fits the bill for just about everyone to do their process flow documentation with. And at the same time, Visio is sophisticated enough to use for higher-end needs. Cheers Dan
