That is a bit Orwellian too if you ask me. I still want to know if he used any public funds? Wonder if they can get him for using security inappropriately?

I tend to believe they've got enough on him to indict, otherwise why would he resign? And what kind of sweet deal did he make with the prosecutor's office?
