Jesse, Thanks for the post. The document is a thick one, containing a report by an analyst of the relative values of both companies. On a first and hasty reading, it appears that an amalgamation won't be harmful to PUG investors, and the synergistic results may be really positive. Other opinions? Regards, Brian
