Two gold bug questions. What is the total value of gold above ground that is available to trade? What is the total value of gold shares that trade? Big hedge funds money play. Buy gold to run the price up while selling/shorting gold shares. After all the sheeple pile into gold, reverse field. Sell off the gold and watch the gold shares crash and burn. GS by themselves could probably do this.
