What a joke. These guys are sooooooo full of themselves, they mark you down...... you add up, price is an artifact of our favorite systems intent. These guys are just facilitators of share transfer on open order to buy. Your supposed to be the fodder for all of it, your just a smarmy citizen whose wealth should be transferred to someone more oligarchicly worthy..... our complex is so sold out.....the terms of transfer are good at 2-1 or better, the entire SIP is being faded for the purpose of accumulation. In the absence of market prices......the sham is what it is.
