China Telecom/CDMA/PHS If the report is anything like accurate, it's actually more than moving PHS subs to CDMA. There's no similarity in the networks, so they're really talking about spectrum, infrastructure and increased low-cost CDMA coverage in the southern cities. If they're really thinking straight... all kinds of happy and unlikely things could happen.
