Chris...i think that bottom will hold. We need more action from the regulators and the Fed should probably stand pat on rates now....just won't help at present. Mkt may not like it but that's tough. I agree prices are as low as we have seen in a long time down here. We had a comeback...short lived....and now we are re visiting the lows seen post last July. I just wish we where 3 months down the road from here now....i think we will be in much better shape then.
