Actually, 17 million shares is good for the long haul. Once the stock gets above $5, institutions will see this as a plus since they can buy without moving the stock up significantly. My comment was referring to the fact that the stock didn't rocket on the IBD Q&A report. I believe it is due to the fact that there are so many shares in circulation. Stocks that rocket typically have 6 million or less.
