"China, which puts more inmates to death than the rest of the world combined....' Still... a SMALL (low single digits) percentage of their total incarceration rate... which itself is a small percentage of the US's incarceration rate. (Thus, logically: 'executions' in China CANNOT account for the significant difference in incarceration rates.)
