FHA just announced they want to buy 300 billion dollars worth of distressed mortgages, making them the largest landlord on planet earth. Barney Frank just announced the government should give 15,000 dollars to anyone who will buy a house. It doesnt take a brain surgeon to realize we are INCHES away from utter collapse in this market. ------- I seriously doubt that's the case...
