I wonder who has to agree to a proposal in order to make it reality? Here are the stakeholders: * the State Democrats * the National Democrats * Hillary * Obama Do they all get a say? If one stakeholder vetoes a proposal, does that make it a no go? If Obama can veto any proposal, then he should do so. None of the outcomes favor Obama.
