Tom, I'd suggest buying some now, before earnings come out. Although this is still a bit of a gamble, knowing IDT's history of earnings disappointments, but this time (yea, this time), I think most all of the ducks are lined up for positive news. My suggestion is to buy some now and then buy after the earnings are released if it proves to be positive. I'd also sugest listening to the conference call to get a tone for management's "guidance" and analysts reaction.

Here's a summary of what I think will most effect the stock in aprox. order of importance:

1] Positive earnings - at or better than current forecasts
2] Increased Book/Bill
3] Reports of customer interest and commitments to the C6
4] Statement as to protection or agreements on potential Intel lawsuit on X86 patents
5] Positive report on production yields and ramp up of the C6
6] News on acceptance of ZBT, MIPS and other key products.
7] Road map for standard memory products devision and posible new logic product(s) devision.
8] Positive news on sales of MIPS for WebTV.
9] Positive statements on the depth of collaboration on DirectX enhancements and reports of progress on 0.25 micron and C6+ production.

I'm sure I missed a few things. Current and projected earnings are the most important item. All else is a bit accademic to the price realy moving forward.
