Could Spitzer Lose His Law License?

Can cheating on your spouse and soliciting a prostitute get a lawyer disbarred? Eliot Spitzer — having already lost the governorship, not to mention his reputation and any semblance of family stability — could, in theory, lose his livelihood as well if his law license were suspended or revoked. Legal experts say such an outcome is unlikely, but not inconceivable.
