floyd: I would call it inexperience, not deception.

I think Marc actually believes what he tells us - he gives us best case scenario and like most other start-ups, it never works out that way. APM was a debacle - an employee there told me he felt that the owners played Marc to try to get a better deal to unload the company. Don't know if there is any truth to that but it would seem closer to reality. Marc didn't know all of the details about acquiring KSI (like the money needed to finance the equipment before Kotsonis could sell). Getting involved with Cornell and actually believing they were interested in holding shares and seeing the company grow was another gaffe of his. Marc has been playing musical chairs with his advisors - he just can't seem to find the right guy. Weldon was a bust. Rossmann was an alleged thief. Rhonda has some skeletons in her closet. Wonder if the new BoA are any better?!? Whatever happened to that Snapper guy? We haven't heard a peep about him since they added him to the BoA. I thought he had technology for Marc to sell. I know he was involved in a wind power project recently, that's en vogue now. Or does that technology have some kinks to work out as well?

Looking at four years of "progress", I'd say the process is slowly being accepted, slower than what Walther thought. I suppose this should have been apparent a couple of years ago but sometimes you just don't want to believe. The first POs were test runs, now there's an order for a longer term and more $$$ (assuming it's LACC). Big order(s) will happen but not before there are plenty more shares in the market, IMO.

I'm continuing to watch and probably will for awhile to see what happens here. Of course, the story will always look great from Marc's rose-colored glasses as "this all started as an idea on a napkin". And to that extent, it's a success. But not to the early shareholders. I guess that's why these are HIGH RISK gambles early on.
