Maybe we're missing the details regarding just what it will take to manufacture this type of "Chip"? Remember this material is in essence a plastic that does not have to be made like todays current waffers for IC's. This method is a very costly process. If LWLG can pop them out like candy on a conveyor at low cost per unit again it's a different story. I'm betting that there is a major manufacturing shift up LWLG's sleeve and all that Hal is doing is setting up for a eye opening unveiling. Hopefully I'm right.
