Chip: If nothing else, your posts have breathed some life into this thread! I am a bit confused. You say that the 400k trade was a sell. But, on the other end of the trade, someone was buying, right?

I lean more toward FA combined with some TA, but your posts are increasing my vigilance for the short term.
