Hi Robert,

That depends in what you are looking for. In the Indo play there is no
risk for phase one. It is all on Twg. That is where there is the most
risk. For phase 2 is where the risk is reduced and by then we have already
defined if we have the reserves or not. I asked if we were going to define
the reserves in the phase 1 drilling and I was told that that is a very
good possibility. So if that be the case we will already have an increase
share price, phase 1 drilling done (at no cost), possible reserves determined,
and last but not least a pretty good idea of our cost for phase 2. You
can't ask for more then that. I know I would like to have that sort of deal
if it was me.

Not only that but they bought up another 2% of Indotans rights to the goodies
if they should be fruitful.

Now with that in mind, this allows us to explore other avenues of endeavors.
The New Guniea deal and the Philapine deal. I forgot to mention that before.
So you see they are probably of equal interest. I have both companies
only because they are working on the Indo thing together and yet they are
both going their on different directions. Us with gold, oil & gas, Twg
gold, and the acquasition of working mines in the Philipines also and
in Java.

I might also add that we have financing lined up for the N.G. deal once
the geo. reports come back and we acquire the properties. Plus both companies
are going to move their stocks to 1.00 level after the Cows are received. Once
that is done then they are going to do another financing (PP). So you
see it depends what you want and are looking for. I gobbled up Eov first
because it was cheaper then Twg. Now that they are becoming the same
price, its 6 of one 1/2 of the other. The only one small difference is
that Eov only has 9 mil share out and Twg has 43 mil. So you have to look
at which one is going to be worth more when the time comes.

I asked how the winnings will be divided up and I was told that it would be
an equal share for everyone. You can't beat that for a deal. Not only that
but their going to drill Econs property first, how do like that for a
bonus. So there you have it. Makes it hard to choose so I just bought them
both.;-)

Have fun deciding & good trading,

Ron
