That would be impressive, UBS the largest asset manager in the world and Europe's second largest bank, next to Deutsche Bank.

I had an account with UBS in Lausanne many years ago. Great customer service overseas but wholly indifferent service in Switzerland. But all Swiss banks have poor service in Switzerland, I think it's a tradition.
