Funny how things change. I highly doubt a private placement could have been done so quickly. What did happen, I beleive, was a REG S deal. Not illegal by any means, but they have been hiding the fact. I estimate the compnay having between 8-10 million shares outstanding now. Tomorrow will be an important day, but just becasue the might remain listed, does not mean the company will make money and survive.
