I talked with someone who was on the nextel phone a couple of
months ago. He had one of the trial phones and thought it was
great. From my end, it sounded like a regular phone.

Before, I liked PCS, but after following this company for a while, it
looks like it has an advantage since it is already approaching the
promises of PCS a few years sooner. One minus in the future might
be the higher wattage next to the head, like with cellular. I might add
a PCS unit to use for local use since it uses less power.

For now, nextel seems to be the one with surprises on the horizon.
