More news out today that the company might meet listing requirements.....but not in a private placement. They did a REG S deal, which explains all the extra volume last week. I do not own, and will not until they admit to the deal, and admit the amount of shares outstanding. I estimate 8-10 million shares, easily. Ill keep you posted, but I wouldnt rush to buy just yet......reminds me of BRE-X
