some thoughts on TLTK earnings expectations. In my discussion with Tom Mills 2 days ago he confirmed the revenues are running at $5M per month now. Doing some figuring on my own, if they are at this level now, they should be at this level or higher over next 2 months. Mills has said in the press release of 25 Jan 96 that the next quarter sales are anticipated at $12M. In a previous discussion I had with him several weeks ago he said he intended to be very conservative in his predictions so he could build credibility with investors. What this tells me is the current quarter will be considerably above the company esimate of 25 Jan. It would seem to me about $17M in sales could be realized. At $17M sales, earnings would be about $2.09M. After subtracting the final $575K litigation charge, earnings would be $1.51M which works out $.15 per share. If raelized this level would be the positive surprise Mills wants to make. This level of earnings would really propell the stock and scare the daylight out of shortsellers.
