Alex Thanks for taking the other side. Keep 'em coming. That's what this thread is all about. Keep stirring the pot. We need to know all about the LINUX port. Lots of OS available for the StrongArm series. No Linux port mentioned on DEC site. digital.com I see Linux as a plus provided that Corel is prepared to support it strongly with documentation & tech support. UNIX in general is a lot easier to handle than it used to be. Recall reading somewhere about available front end GUI interfaces. Lots of progress in that area. If properly handled the average user won't ever need to know the OS details. Need software? Marketing opportunity for somebody if enough of these are sold. Note that the limitations of the BIOS may be more restrictive than the operating system. (My guess, needs a lot more info) Who is providing the BIOS? What has gained my interest is the raw power of the box, and the pure audacity of the concept. Outstanding. Regards, Leo
