I suppose where I'm going with this is:

Super SIV was 80 billion, I think we now can see that was maybe a good starting point.

We've gotten close to that number with the two previous TAFs+Sovereign Funds.

And now another round:

Question then is, is this $200B just for Bear?

Is there more comming that we don't know about?

In otherwords, somebody didn't pull $200B out of their arse without some propellerhead feeding them the number.
