Zeus,

i have a heated electric massager that i use. for all my muscles.

you don't understand my nerve problem. it is a mechanical issue - there is either a ridge across my elbow or the elbow groove is too small. massage won't get rid of the ridge or increase the size of the elbow ulnar nerve gap.

the only thing i can do is i minimize the size of the nerve by controlling inflammation, otherwise, it will do what it is going to do.

oh, and yes, i'm on the same diet as dara torres, including supplementing with high does fish oil.

did you know that one single diet has produced the oldest American olympic swimmers since since it was introduced in 1992?

this includes at least two different swimmers.

it is amazing that the zone diet can so dominate this position in elite athletics even though only a tiny fraction of country even understands the diet, let alone applies it.

this dominance makes david an goliath look like a gimme. -lol-

did dara even do this massage routine when she won 5 medals as a 33 year old zoner? did she do it when she won 4 medals in her prior three olympics as a non zoner in her age prime?

the best fencer in the world is also a zoner - Valentina Vezzali of Italy.

Dr. Sears has worked with athletes that have won 22 gold medals (don't bother counting the silver and bronze, -lol-). Dara is a small fraction of that.

it's the diet, money.

i'm off to start the 170 lb cycle. it is weird that i could only push 145 lbs 8/6/4 in january and i'm already working on 170 lbs in march. the abs are starting to look nice, too. i'd venture that not more than 5 people in my gym have abs as good as me right now (smaller gym, but still). those guys tend to be 120 lbs and in their early twenties. i'm not even trying to maximize ab etching, either. it just happens.

maybe even 200 drops on tuesday.

i'm 158.5 lbs today. 200 lbs would put me over 125% of my body weight.
