Who's throwing money at it? Education budgets continue to be cut, and the schools that do work receive more money per kid than the ones who don't. Some of the highest revenue per students schools in the country are the worse. You can start in New York. Link please. More money is the solution the NEA continues to propose. What do you know about education? Have you ever taught? Have you ever been an prinicipal? What makes you such an expert?
