If I were a Datek insider I would say so. I just get tired sometimes of idiots that don't know what they are doing, complaining about things that they don't understand. That is not to say that you do not know what you are doing. People that need there hand held while they trade do not belong on the internet trading, there is a broker in their down town that will make the mistakes for them and then they can blaim him. Dateks service improves and drops off quite regularly. I personally doubt that there is another online broker that spends more effort in keeping their trading system upto date. I get a certain amount of satisfaction from roasting some of the idiots, I also get my emails to Datek answered in a matter of hours, whether they are general trading questions or problems with Datek. Being pragmatic i don't expect perfection, I have never found a business that supplies it and i don't expect to. Datek gives excellent value for the cost, and as such I don't complain. If you know of a better broker I suggest that you transfer over there, then you can find a thread about them to complain on. Rod Dream a little
