WHEREAS, following the sale of the Company's Genomics Division, Miller and the Board were unable to reach agreement on the future direction of the Company That seems unlikely--I wonder why they put that in there? Even the casual observer like myself has a pretty good feeling for why genomics was a bust. I have a guess: The DR was a bust and Miller knows that and he got out. Time will tell, but right now my $1.45 shares are trading for 50 cents, I guess I'd rather have 70 cents--makes you wonder if we are ever likely to see more than that price again. Why sell out for 70 cents if more is possible?
