As of 10:30 am the price fell to $3.80. We want consistent growth,
and this pullback is greatly needed. Consistently upward earnings
should help in the long (and short) run.

I'm sure all will want to stab me on this board for saying this,
but $50/share is not that unrealistic by mid summer next year.

For this to happen all they have to do is have 4 quarters in a row
of total NI around $13 million.

Assumptions: 1) PE is about 50. 2) Outstanding shares go from the
present 8.17 million to 13 million (we all know they are going to grow).

This might be a little high...SURE IT MIGHT BE...keep in mind though
that if the next quarter shows a NI of $900,000, it is really
about $1.45 million because of the court costs. The real question is:
can they go from $1.45 million in Q3 to about $2 million in Q4. Then
average $3.25 million NI over the next 4 quarters.

A new switch will be adding revenue by 2/29/96 and a third switch should
be in place by 9/30/96. Overhead costs are declining and 2 new switches
will be added...

We'll all just have to wait and see....FUN TO THINK THOUGH>>>WHAT IF?

Please don't lambast me for the numbers...i just want all to know that
if the PE=50 and NI = $13 million by 6/30/97 then this is a likely
scenario. I don't think anyone would disagree with the analysis (if you
do, please comment), the question is...how fast are they going to grow
and with only a few quarters behind us that is VERY HARD TO TELL.
