The Irish immigrants were called all sorts of insults for at least a century. That injustice didn't prevent them from developing loyalty & love towards the US, or cause them to develop a permanent victim mentality. Instead, they first considered the source, then set to work and ultimately proved that those who threw the insults were merely ignorant bullies. Obama appeared to have the same healthy mindset until his radical racist pastor clouded the picture.
