Chip: In your interpretation of today's action, do you consider that the NASDAQ is down 1.05%? TLAB at last glance was down 1.28%. Share volume so far just over 1M shares, more or less on track to equal avg. daily volume (3month) of 2.55M.

On the news release today, though positive, there is not enough information (ie. contract amounts, equipment pricing) to increase buying or share price. It is a bit of a stretch to say that there is selling on today's "good news", especially since the general market is down. IMO
