There was absolutely no reason for them to wire-tap Spitzer except to nail him once somebody tipped them off he had a secret weakness. Except they did, and as it turns out, he was doing something illegal. What's worse he's just like Craig....hypocritically going after those in the activity that he enjoys personally. Spitzer is a serious disappointment.
