The question is: Will VISA (V) open considerably higher than where it prices? Probably yes, because of all the interest.

From what I've gathered from research this weekend, VISA is different than Mastercard because Mastercard was not highly anticipated and priced low. So, when Mastercard was surprisingly strong, it had a lot of room to run on the upside, wheras perhaps the upside in VISA is already factored into the price? Also, VISA has a few lawsuits pending against it for price fixing, and a bill in Congress is pending to reduce VISA and Mastercard's fees. So, VISA is not without risk.

Despite all this, VISA will probably double within a year. It's just too well known as a money making machine, and too many people want to get into it for it not to do well, at least initially.
