Pat Tillman was murdered by Bushies and it was covered up. Rumsfeld and his buddies lied about it under oath in front of congress. I heard it on the radio. But Rumsfeld's lie was cleverly told so that technically it was not perjury. That is Bush-speak. Here it is:

Rumsfeld "If there are any documents proving a coverup (of the murer of Tillman) I am not aware of them."

So he never really denied it, just denied knowing about any existing paper trail proving it.
