Saddam was an enemy of Al Qaida. Spinning that Al Qaida was operating in Iraq prior to Bush's invasion is just a plain bald-faced lie. If you were an AL Qaida fanatic, Iraq would have been one of the last places you'd want to be. If you were there, you'd be in hiding from Saddam.
