Legal system has been eroded by personal injury lawyers and activist judges.

Language commonality has been eroded by recent immigrants and under performing public schools, all thought the value of English has been enhanced by the internet and spread of English around the world.

At the same time, I will have to admit that the air over most of Los Angeles is much cleaner than 20 years.

Darn it, I am coming around to your point of view. ;-)

While your 2 million figure may be correct, much of those assets are not productive.
