Ali; I guess AMD has no monopoly on ratty activities. To be fair to Intel they must find a way to regularly get new blood and get rid of the bad personnel. But I get the impression that they generate a random 5-10% of terminations each year, and some are for political reasons?
You might think that Intel would get rid of the office politicians first, as they are the worst drags on corporate productivity of all since they drive out the excellent through jealousy and gather the toadies in ranks.

That was a very intersting and time consuming reference. I hope that Intel reads it and changes.
As a % they do not seem to have a lot of lawsuits against them for unjust terminations, as there were only a few there.
