Precise? WTF...?? There is nothing Precise about it. The FED is just rolling into town and sees a poor guy getting corn holed over there by the General store...so they shooting from the hip. Desperate move as CNBC-Asia is calling it. Look for the Dollar to bottom (st) in the next few days, maybe tomorrow....me thinks, but not sure.....
