Short term this is a disaster but long term its actually good news. BSC was one of the weak links that was managing to survive beyond all odds. To get a bottom in the markets, these weak links have to get bought out, broken up or file for bankruptcy.

Don't know. A busted US government buying a busted (huge and worthless) US bank... watch the dollar, I think it might be the key metric.

If "the great unwinding" has begun then we're all in for hard times.
