Number one: I seldom use support@datek.com I did send them a question a couple months ago about a strange email about a server error I received in my email. They almost immediately replied to tell me to ignore it, as it (the error message) came on a Saturday I assume it had to do with system testing and somehow got sent to me, why I don't know. Unless they had gotten an error useing my account for some kind of test. I have had a couple of emails to support@datek.com ignored though.

Jon Normile is my account rep, threfore I send emails to Jon@Datek.com. I sent Jon an email last week it was answered in about 3 hours, it was concerning marginability of a stock. I then sent an email which was sent about 3PM Saturday concerning timing of the next "Fed List", I received an answer from Jon sent at 6:24 AM Monday morning. As I have said all along I have no complaints.

I guess it is just my sweet disposition.

Perhaps if you used your name here instead of pseudonym Jon or Peter would recognize your name and take special care to see it was answered. To be truthful the fact that they know my name, whether they like me or not probably helps, the fact that I have been a customer long enough to have Jon Normile as my account rep probably doesn't hurt.
