How about some actual Natchez updates? Rivera said he'd have 200 reactors going there by July, but he's been strangely silent about the Mississippi facility since it was revealed that he didn't have the permits required to operate there. Where does he move his little scam once Texas figures out he's nothing but a two-bit con man? LOL! <Just like clockwork, we have been given actual Baytown updates.>
