Another thing about what is going on with dilution, is that if LACC didn't work, and/or wasn't already bringing in business, then why on earth would management be spending (or issuing shares for) the capital to pay for all this new turning machines. I thought KSI doesn't do turning machining, but die a mold casting.
Hypothetically, if LACC didn't work, the company could dump all that expense and grow the KSI business. The dilution is going toward growing the LACC side of business model and they have the turning machines and increase in assets to prove it.
