Anybody buying anything at these levels? I have my eye on UNH as it hit another low (three year low) and on lower volume. Last week the stock traded at it's low on over 38M shares. Today it is 1.5% lower on about 1/2 the volume it traded last week but still is selling off at twice its normal daily trading volume. I like to pick up value plays when everybody has thrown in the towel, This usually occurs when a lower low is reached on substantially lower volume. Remember Friday the market is closed for Good Friday and option expiration is this week too. No surprises with the Fed meeting Tuesday so I expect continued weakness so no big hurry to load up the truck. The VIX is at the high end at 34.04 which indicates that the recent sell off is near an end at least for the short run. EKS
