Slacker; I was with you and then you made this comment;...The problems for the dollar lie more with underlying economic problems than with worries about the Fed's intervention It's not the economy that is driving the dollar over the cliff - if that was the case why did this decline begin a long time ago? The dollars decline began as gold started its climb. It is ALL about the fed and the gross misconduct as our government continues to run huge deficits. The rest of the world says...."huh"? You have to look beyond today. Who cares what the actual cost is to the government, it's a new paradigm whereby the government backs reckless behavior. As someone said this morning....."might as well put a hammer and sickle on our flag". steve
