I wish you wouldn't attribute things like "it is systemic and ethnic" to me, although I have no idea what it is you think you said. I don't believe in ethnicity. I do believe in culture, but who doesn't?

The concept of ethnicity is intriguing, but not really useful when examining actual individuals, and thus, must be discarded. It really doesn't give us anything that culture doesn't give us, better.
